From time to time, Relier may offer promotional discounts, promotional pricing or discount codes.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • only one promotional code may be used per order;

  • discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively;

  • promotional offers may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice;

  • discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards unless expressly stated.

Relier reserves the right to cancel any order or revoke any promotional offer where we reasonably believe a discount code has been used fraudulently, contrary to its intended purpose or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Gift Cards

Where offered, gift cards may only be redeemed through the Relier website.

Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be resold without our prior written consent.

Relier reserves the right to cancel or refuse gift cards obtained fraudulently or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Product Availability

Whilst we endeavour to maintain accurate inventory levels, products displayed on our website may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.

Where this occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order in whole or in part. If payment has already been received for unavailable products, an appropriate refund will be issued using the original payment method.

We shall not be liable for any indirect loss arising from product unavailability.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Relier will make every reasonable effort to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes displayed on our website. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, courier services and other factors outside our reasonable control.

Relier shall not be liable for any delay in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, customs inspections, transport disruptions, industrial action or force majeure events.

Risk in the products shall pass to you upon delivery to the delivery address specified in your order. Ownership of the products shall remain with Relier until payment has been received in full.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided is accurate. Relier accepts no responsibility for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Should a parcel be returned to Relier due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or failure to collect the parcel, any additional shipping costs incurred for redelivery shall be the responsibility of the customer.

11. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with our published Returns Policy.

Returned items must satisfy all eligibility requirements outlined within the Returns Policy before a refund or exchange can be approved.
